Frequently asked questions
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. No credit card, no sign-up to start, no commitment. You receive your full score, gap analysis, and a downloadable PDF report immediately after completing all 17 questions.
Who is this assessment for?
Privacy Officers, DPOs, CISOs, GRC Managers, and Compliance Officers at Qatar government entities, banks, hospitals, hospitality groups, e-commerce operators, and any organisation processing personal data in Qatar — public or private sector, of any size.
How accurate is the score?
The assessment is a structured self-evaluation aligned to PDPPL (Law No. 13 of 2016) and the NDPO's executive guidelines. It gives you a directionally accurate picture of your privacy maturity. A formal privacy gap assessment will be more precise but this self-assessment identifies the right priorities to invest in first.
Will my answers be shared with the NDPO?
No. Your answers are confidential and used only to generate your report. They are not shared with the National Data Privacy Office, NCSA, or any other authority. Vantage uses them solely to provide you with your maturity score and to follow up if you ask us to.
What is the difference between PDPPL and GDPR readiness?
PDPPL is consent-centric and uses a fixed QAR penalty range (1M-5M); GDPR recognises six lawful bases and applies percentage-of-turnover penalties. They share many core principles. If you operate across both regimes, build a unified privacy programme that satisfies the stricter requirement on each dimension — Vantage automates the dual-mapping.
