Why is ictQATAR an umbrella term?
The original ictQATAR (Supreme Council for ICT, 2004) was restructured in 2014 — its regulatory functions transferred to the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) by Emiri Decree 42 of 2014. Today 'ictQATAR' is used colloquially to describe Qatar's broader ICT regulatory ecosystem covering CRA telecom regulation, MCIT digital agenda, and NCSA cybersecurity strategy.
Will my answers be shared with the CRA, MCIT or NCSA?

How is this different from the NIA assessment?
